Hand forged rustic handles! Perfect for your DIY projects ranging from doors, drawers, eating trays, charcuterie boards, or whatever it may be. Forged by hand in 3/8" mild steel, these are sure to add the finishing touches to your project. They are coated with locally sourced beeswax to protect the steel and prevent oxidization.

Payment
Payment is accepted from most major credit card carriers, debit cards and PayPal.
Shipping and Processing Time
Shipping is with USPS by default unless requested to use a different carrier. At this current time all items will be shipped within 1-5 business days of receipt of payment, (unless specified otherwise on the product's page, custom orders may take longer). If for some reason this can not be done, I will contact you and let you know.
If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation! Please be aware that I don’t consider a package lost until it has been a full 30 days* from the date of shipping and I will not replace an item sooner than this. I also do not consider the package lost if the tracking information states the item has been delivered. Please call your local post office, check with your neighbors and look in odd spots the package may have been left.
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds past 30 days of receiving your order.
Generally no returns are accepted unless the customer pays return shipping, I can provide a shipping label then later deduct the cost of the shipping label from the total refund to the customer.
If you wish to cancel an order that has been placed and that has not yet been shipped, I will issue a full refund. I will not refund a custom order that has been shipped or already made.
If the item is damaged in transit it can be returned and I will replace it as long as you contact me within 24 hours after receiving the item.
If by any chance you have received the wrong item than that was purchased, please contact me! I will gladly send a return label for you and send the correct item.
If you have placed an order with an incorrect address you will be responsible for covering all shipping charges to reship the item.
If you have not received your item but the tracking information shows the item is delivered I will not issue a refund as stated above.

Purchased Items
Please remember that the items sold here are made by hand and with raw materials. There will be slight variations in size, texture, color, weight, etc. of each item. This is what makes every item truly unique and beautiful. If you are expecting every item to be similar as a mass produced product then you may want to look elsewhere.
