Here you can find some frequently asked questions. If you have a question that is not listed here, please feel free to send me an email; I will be more than glad to answer any questions you have!

Q: Are your items made in the USA?
A: Yes! All items are made by hand, by me in Minnesota. Made with US steel too.

Q: How long until my product is made and/or shipped?
A: At this current time all items will be shipped within 1-5 business days of receipt of payment, (unless specified otherwise on the product's page, custom orders may take longer). If for some reason this can not be done, I will contact you and let you know.

Q: Can I call or text you?
A: No, please only email me at: gomersworkshop@hotmail.com.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: In some cases I will offer local pickup.

Q: Do you take custom order requests or make variations to existing products?
A: Yes I do, I cannot always do all custom requests but I will try to work with you to figure something out. Depending on what variation you want with an existing product, I will often be able to do it and sometimes free of charge.

Q: Do you offer discounts for large quantity orders?
A: I do not offer any discounts at this time.

Q: I just ordered a product but I want to change the order or add something else, can you help?
A: If you order a product and select a variation that does not vary in cost (color, mount side, etc) I will make a note of it and change it. Though, if you selected the wrong length or quantity, I will just refund your order then you can repurchase. Any of these changes can only be made BEFORE I have created the purchased item.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Usually yes, though I will ask you to pay the extra shipping cost. During holidays and other times of increased orders I may not be able to offer expedited shipping.

Q: My shipping status still says in transit after 2 weeks, is my package lost?
A: Due to unprecedented shipping volumes because of Covid19, shipping times have been slower than ever before. Please reach out to me and I will contact the post office. This is totally out of my control and I will not consider a package lost until 36 days after shipment.

Q: Do any products you make come with mounting hardware?
A: Everything I make, unless specified otherwise, does not come with any mounting hardware/screws because everybody is mounting their products on different types of surfaces and they may have specific preferences regarding the shape or color of the mounting hardware.
