Refund policy

Generally no returns are accepted unless the customer pays return shipping, I can provide a shipping label then later deduct the cost of the shipping label from the total refund to the customer.
If you wish to cancel an order that has been placed and that has not yet been shipped, I will issue a full refund.
If the item is damaged in transit it can be returned and I will replace it.

If by any chance you have received the wrong item than that was purchased, please contact me! I will gladly send a return label for you and send the correct item.

If you have placed an order with an incorrect address you will be responsible for covering shipping charge to reship the item.
If you have not received your item but the tracking information shows the item is delivered I will not issue a refund.
