Shipping policy

At this current time all items will be shipped within 1-5 business days of receipt of payment, (unless specified otherwise on the product's page, custom orders may take longer). If for some reason this can not be done, I will contact you and let you know.

If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation! Please be aware that I don’t consider a package ‘lost’ until it has been a full 30 days* from the date of shipping and I will not replace an item sooner than this. Due to Covid-19, shipping times have been slower than ever and sometimes a package may even arrive after 1 full month.
